I was born into a family lineage of astrology enthusiasts. It did not take long for me to take an interest, often sneaking into my dad's library to "borrow" his astrology books so that I could do makeshift readings for my friends.
Over the years, as my interest in the field matured, I was no longer satisfied with assembling bits and pieces of information out of cookbook-style astrology texts. I wanted fluency in the language – to look at the bare bones of a chart and gain insight from the symbols themselves. This eventually led me to successfully complete the apprenticeship program at the Forrest Center for Evolutionary Astrology.
My current approach to astrology emphasizes careful self-reflection. Astrology does not tell you who you are. You already know who you are. Astrology gives you greater self-awareness and tips to help navigate the opportunities life offers. My goal is to provide you with a reminder of your goals and inner motivations, a mirror for your strengths and areas for growth, and encouragement to witness yourself and take ownership of your life. I practice astrology because I think that the world would be a better place if everyone had a lens for self-reflection and a guide for accessing their most evolved self throughout life's ups and downs.
